Legal Basis:

1. Law Number 15 of 2023 concerning the Province of Bali;
2. Bali Province Regional Regulation Number 6 of 2023 concerning Levy for Foreign Tourists for the Protection of Balinese Culture and Natural Environment;
3. Bali Governor Regulation Number 2 of 2024 concerning the Procedures for the Payment of the Foreign Tourist Levy

Proposing to participate as an Endpoint on the system of Love Bali and agree to the following conditions:

1. Possess business license in the tourism sector.
2. Willing to serve as a payment recipient facilitator.
3. Willing to act as a checker.
4. Services provided are ethical and moral.

Tourism businesses that registered as Endpoints have the following rights and obligations:

1. Entitled to conduct product promotion with the following conditions:
   1. Clear and complete information about the products offered.
   2. Product guarantees in accordance with standards and legal provisions.
   3. Products offered do not conflict with SARA.
   4. Respect the value of local wisdom and Balinese culture.
2. Obliged to provide a place and information officer
3. Obliged to conduct socialization.
4. Obliged to install socialization media in the Endpoint area.
5. Obliged to maintain the confidentiality of data on the Love Bali System.
