Tulamben Village is one of the villages located in Kubu District, Karangasem Regency, Bali Province, Indonesia. The name Tulamben itself comes from the word batulambih, which means "many stones", referring to the eruption of Mount Agung which affected the rocks in this place from time to time.
For those of you who like diving or snorkeling activities (swimming above sea level) then the name Tulamben Village will be familiar to you. Tulamben Village as a tourism place has its own uniqueness for water recreation on the island of Bali. The uniqueness of Tulamben village is found in the USAT Liberty ship (US Army Transport) which sank in 1942. The USAT Liberty ship was sunk because it was torpedoed by a Japanese submarine in the second world war.
