Users can make levy payments independently through the Application or through a Facilitator. Levy payments must consider the following points:

  • Levy payments for users are mandatory.
  • Levy payments for users are made using the Application and Counters provided by the Perception Bank available at arrival gates in Bali.
  • Levy payments for users are only accepted through non-cash methods.
  • Levy payments for users are converted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
  • The Application provides IDR as the primary currency preference for levy payments. The system will show the equivalent value of the IDR amount paid by the user in “the user's selected preferred currency”.
  • The equivalent value in that preferred currency is based on the exchange rate set by the application.
  • Each decimal fractions of the equivalent value in IDR are rounded up to the nearest whole unit for each nominal amount paid by the user.
  • The Application will still send the equivalent value in IDR to be debited from the user's account. Therefore, choosing to pay levies in a currency other than IDR may result in a difference between the debited amount in the user's account and the exchange rate at the time of debiting.
  • The successfully received levy payments cannot be refunded (non-refunable). Fraudulent actions in levy payments are beyond our responsibility.
  • Users will receive digital payment proof (Levy Voucher) after they conduct the payment.

Foreign nationals may be granted an exemption from levy payments under the following conditions:

  1. Holders of diplomatic and official visas
  2. Crew members on transportation vehicles
  3. Holder of Temporary Stay Permit Card (KITAS) or Permanent Stay Permit Card (KITAP)
