Eka Karya Bali Botanic Garden was reopened for a public visit on Wednesday (7/22). The reopening refers to the Decree of the Head of LIPI Number 155 / F / 2020 concerning the Reopening of Botanical Gardens Services in the LIPI Environment with many visiting protocols.

Eka Karya Bali Botanic Garden will be opened by implementing the health protocol. Besides, the Eka Karya Bali Botanic Garden will also implement a zero-phase with the provision of a quota limitation of 1,500 visitors at a time.

"To be able to move to the next phase, the implementation of the zero-phase will be evaluated in stages. If it meets the new standards, it can implement the next phase by adding a visitor quota," Didit added.

He said, his party had set up handwashing facilities without touch or touchless at several points in the garden area. However, it is recommended that visitors continue to bring their hand sanitizers.

Eka Karya Bali Botanic Garden also serves ticket sales online through which is directly integrated with smartphones. Spraying disinfectants into public facilities such as toilets and lawn chairs is also done with frequency as often as possible.
