Exemption Form for Entries Exceeding 9 Applicants

We have prepared a specific template required for the submission of exemption applications. To acquire the template, please utilize the button provided below:

Please note the following guidelines:

  1. File Format: Ensure that your exemption file follows the specified format (.xlsx).
  2. Required Fields: Fill in all the mandatory fields (*) as indicated in the template to provide comprehensive information.
  3. Multiple Applicants: Feel free to add additional rows for each applicant in the template. (max 500 rows)
  4. PIC: We will inform you about the progress of your exemption application through the first applicant's email. If your application is accepted, proof of exemption from the Levy for Foreign Tourists will be sent to each applicant's individual email.
  5. Uploading Process: After you have finished filling in the required information on the template provided, please upload your file using the button below.
