The tourist area of ​​East Bali offers a lot of things, ranging from the natural beauty of the underwater, coastal areas, terraced rice fields and mountainous areas that present a different atmosphere and beauty. And one of the beach attractions that are well known by local residents is Wates beach which is located in the Yeh Malet banjar, Antiga Kelod Village, Kec. Mangosteen, Karangasem Regency. The name of this beach was not very popular at first, since Wates beach in Yeh Malet was arranged by the Karangasem Regency Government, this place looks more beautiful and becomes a special attraction for road users to stop by for a moment.

As is known, the coastal area in the East Bali or Karangasem area is more dominated by black sandy beaches, as well as the existence of Wates Yeh malet beach, the beach sand is black, during the day the flickering sand reflects the sunlight looks beautiful.
