Travelers with incomplete vaccination are required to be in quarantine for 5x24 hours at dedicated accomodations, Tjok Bagus explained. In conclusion, for incomplete vaccination travellers are required to have RT-PCR Swab Test on the arrival day and exit RT-PCR Swab test on the fourth day. If the result is negative, on the fifth day (quarantine over),  they are allowed to proceed the trip. For waiting the result of entry test  on arrival day can be done either at the airport or in the hotel with their own cost, except for Indonesian nationality paid by goverment. Furthermore, the travellers who have twice vaccinations are required to download and login to PeduliLindungi apps.
